- Refunds are not available once the first set of posts, articles, or campaigns have been delivered or initiated.
- Clients may request adjustments or revisions to the deliverables during the service period to ensure satisfaction.
Website Design, Redesign, and Maintenance
- Refunds are not applicable once the design and development process has commenced.
- Any issues or concerns will be addressed through revisions within the agreed scope of work.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- No refunds will be issued once keyword research, on-page, or off-page optimization has begun.
- We offer ongoing reports and updates to track performance and ensure client satisfaction.
Digital Advertising (Google Ads & Meta Ads)
- Campaign setup fees, ad spending, and management charges are non-refundable once campaigns are live.
- Any discrepancies will be handled through campaign optimization and adjustments.
Branding
- Refunds are not applicable once logo designs, brand guidelines, or marketing materials have been initiated or delivered.

- Refunds are not available once pre-production, filming, or editing has begun.
